History
The Conference of Chemical Engineering (JEQ) exists for over two decades in Technical Superior Institute and has become one of the main events connected to Chemical Engineering in this university. In the latest years it has also taken place three editions of the Conference of Biological Engineering (JEB) which had enormous success amongst the target public.
These two events were joined last year to give place to the Conference of Chemical and Biological Engineering (JEQB) which turned to be very successful and showed its relevance in the area. This new multidisciplinary event has now great impact in the student life of the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering of IST.
The Centre for students of Chemical Engineering (NEQIST) and the Centre for students of Biological Engineering (NEB) intent to organize this year the latest edition of the event, JEQB 2010.
